Richard Stark
Associate Broker, High Associates Ltd.

Richard Stark, Associate Broker, is a member of the Harrisburg Regional Office of High Associates Ltd., located in the Rossmoyne Business Center. He joined the team in 2007, bringing with him twenty-six years of experience in commercial/industrial sales and leasing.

After proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, Mr. Stark went on to complete course work in both mathematics and engineering at Pennsylvania State University and Franklin & Marshall College. He worked in the general construction industry for many years and is a former partner in Beigh-Stark Construction, Inc. which specialized in industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings. He achieved associate broker status in 1984 and has completed programs in Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Some of Mr. Stark's most notable past and present clients include KRAVCO, Rite-Aid Corp., Chrysler Business Credit Corp., The George M. Leader Family Corp., Bank of Boston, PA Builder's Association, McDonalds Corp., Pep Boys, United Telephone Co. (Sprint), Brentwood Industries, Northwestern Properties Co., Bellingham Marine Industries, and Carlisle Regional Hospital.

Mr. Stark believes in giving back to his community. He is a past board member of several organizations including the Mid Atlantic Builder's Exchange (Harrisburg Builder's Exchange), the Greater West Shore Area Chamber of Commerce, the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg, the American Cancer Society, and the Allied Arts Fund where he served on the Executive Committee. He was also an Ambassador for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Vestry at All Saints Episcopal Church in Hershey, and on the Finance and Stewardship Committees at St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral in Harrisburg.

Currently, Mr. Stark serves on the Environmental Committee for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Greater Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
