Ms. Pierce joined High Associates Ltd.'s Harrisburg Regional Office in 2001. Ms. Pierce uses her 15 years of real estate experience to assist a wide range of commercial and industrial clients.  Specializing in retail and landlord representation, she also handles the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and office properties, as well as land transactions.

Past and current real estate clients include: Productivity Point International; Mellon Bank; Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Sun Home Health Systems; Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg; David S. Ms. Pierce has worked as a volunteer on several fund raising projects for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and the American Heart Association. She also contributes to the Business Women's Forum held in conjunction with five area chambers of commerce.

Ms. Pierce is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also a past board member for the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS^® and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS^®.
