Derry Young Commercial Asset Manager, High Associates Ltd.
Derry Young, Commercial Asset Manager, has been responsible
for asset and property management for Rossmoyne Business Center
since May of 2006. Responsibilities include lease analysis,
acquisitions, tenant relations, and leasing of industrial/commercial
properties for corporations, private industries, and individual
investors. In addition, Mr. Young is an officer with High
Investors Ltd., serves as the Registered Principal, and as
the Financial Operations Officer of High Securities Ltd.
During
his tenure at High he has been involved in acquiring, analyzing
and structuring real estate partnerships and debt offerings,
leasing partnerships' properties, and marketing real estate
limited partnership interests.
Mr.
Young, prior to joining High, was a Trust Investment Officer
with Hamilton Bank and was responsible for managing pension
plans, profit sharing plans, IRAs and personal trust portfolios.
Mr. Young has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from
the Pennsylvania State University.
